- We do accept returns for defective and non-defective products as long as the meet our return policy conditions.

- Timeframe: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.

- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

- Perishable goods

- Customized or personalized products

- Intimate or sanitary items

- Items marked as "final sale

 

  1. How to Initiate a Return

  • Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

- Partial Refunds: If the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts, a partial refund may be issued.

- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@allultimate.store  with photos of the product and its packaging. We will work with our suppliers to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
